Marketing Leader

 

Position:  Marketing Lead Employment

Category:  Full-time (Preferred)

Reports To:  Executive Team

Availability:  Monday – Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. with flexibility for events outside of these hours.

Level of Business:  Team Leader Level with Additional Marketing Incentive (Currently at $1/hr)

 

Summary:

As a Marketing Lead you will assist and implement marketing strategies that create memorable moments and strengthen relationships with our guests, positively increase metrics related to customer count and suggestive selling, and assist in catering deliveries as needed.  The Marketing Lead is an ambassador of our brand and builds relationships with local community members and our guests through the execution of Winning Hearts Everyday (WHED) Strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to independently Set up & Manage In-Restaurant events.

  • Ability to attend, set up, and assist with In-Community events.

  • Must be able to properly prepare product samplings and distribute in both the Dining and Drive thru.

  • Create Emotional Connections with guests by leveraging food, people, cows, and influence.

  • Campaign promotional events, materials and items displayed in or near the restaurant.

  • Assist the CFA Mascot in both store & community events.

  • Distribute DOC’s and/or any marketing materials in the community via company or personal vehicle.

  • Assist in the deliveries of catering orders as needed.

  • Assist in Front of House operations as required.

  • Provide regular, consistent feedback to the Executive team related to planned events.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Fully trained in Front of House operations with a minimum level of Trainer responsibility

  • Capable and passionate about building relationships with guests and team members

  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Must be observant and detail-oriented

  • Must be able to follow direction and carry out planned events without consistent supervision

  • Must have a current, unexpired driver’s license.

  • Must have Pathway training complete and be able to perform in accordance with Pathway guidance.

  • ServSafe Certified
